Shipping and Returns

Order Status

  • You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully processed. Once your payment has been accepted and your order has shipped, we will notify you of the shipping update.

Shipping

  • We offer FREE shipping on all orders.
  • Most orders of in-stock products ship within 24-36 hours. If your item is not in stock, we will notify you of any delays.
  • All orders are shipped with Sendle or Australian Post, depending on the destination. We reserve the right to choose the type of shipping method.
  • We currently only ship in Australia.

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

GST

  • All prices are inclusive of applicable sales taxes.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Wriggly Toes offers a 14-day return policy for all orders, meaning the returned item(s) need to be postmarked within 14 days of original purchase date in order to qualify for an exchange or refund. After 14 days all purchases become final.
  • All returns must be pre-authorized by contacting info@wrigglytoes.com.au . All returned items must be in new, unused, unwashed condition and in its original packaging.
  • Wriggly Toes is not responsible for return shipping charges, unless the items are faulty. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit and therefore urge you to ship with a tracking number or delivery confirmation.
  • When your items are received and verified to be in new condition, we will issue a refund for the amount of the merchandise returned. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
  • We are happy to take exchanges. Please follow Returns process to return unwanted item(s) and place a new order for the ones you would like.

Order Changes and Cancellation

  • We try to ship all our orders within 24-36 hours. If we have not shipped your order, we are happy to make changes or cancel the order on your request.
  • Once the order is shipped, please follow Returns process for any unwanted items.
